Cut potatoes into quarters; in plastic bag, toss potato pieces with vegetable oil. Grill over medium fire, turning occasionally, to cook evenly, about 20 minutes.

Alternatively, place potato pieces in shallow pan and roast in a 400 degrees F. oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nicely browned and tender.

Serves 6-8.

Bag the chips and try these roasted potatoes with your favorite dips. Good with Thick Pork Chops with Spiced Apples and Raisins or to serve as an appetizer.
