• 1 6-inch flour tortilla
  • 2 teaspoons cream cheese, reduced-fat
  • 1 ounce ham, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons carrot, shredded

Spread tortilla evenly with cream cheese. Top with ham, lettuce and carrots. Roll up tortilla and enjoy.
