• 1 pound snow peas, fresh OR 1 12-oz package frozen snow peas, thawed
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry

Clean snow peas, trimming if necessary. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Stir in snow peas, garlic and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes, until peas are tender. Toss with sherry.
