To help us put a spin on traditional holiday menus, we surveyed 1,000 Americans to find out what food trends are getting them excited this year—and discovered some delicious findings. Inspired by the results, we tapped food and wine expert and cookbook author Jill Silverman Hough to help create Pork’s Perfect Pairings Report: 2011 Guide to the Holiday Table.
