Ingredients:
1 46-oz can tomato juice cocktail
3 cups beef broth
1 tablespoon horseradish, prepared
Snipped chives, if desired
Cooking Directions:
Heat all ingredients except chives in medium-sized saucepan over low heat until hot. To serve, pour into mugs and sprinkle with chives. Option: Stir all ingredients together except chives, chill until serving and serve sprinkled with chives.
