Spicy Avocado Sauce

Cook to 145 F with 3 minute rest

Ingredients

1 small ripe avocado, halved, pitted, and peeled
1 tablespoon jalapeno chile, minced, including seeds
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, minced

Cooking Directions

Place the avocado in a small bowl and mash with a fork or potato masher; add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
Makes a 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon
