Honey-Lime Butter

FOR ROASTS, CHOPS and TENDERLOINS

Cook to 145 F with 3 minute rest

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice

Cooking Directions


In small bowl, stir together all ingredients well. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
Makes 1/4 cup. Serving size about 1 teaspoon.

Serves about 12.

This spread will make your mouth water! Serve with cornbread.
